POSITION SUMMARY:

The Testing Coordinator (TC) is a 10 month, Full time position.  The TC is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of a testing process, including scheduling test dates, securing testing locations, training proctors, distributing test materials, managing test administration, and ensuring compliance with testing regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Administration Management:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing schedules for all required assessments. 

    • Coordinate the distribution, collection, and secure storage of test materials. 

    • Train all staff involved in testing administration, including proctors, on proper procedures and compliance protocols. 

    • Monitor testing sessions to ensure adherence to testing regulations and address any irregularities. 

    • Manage accommodations  

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Review and analyze test data and generate reports

    • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to interpret test results and develop instructional strategies. 

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    • Stay updated on all state and district testing policies and procedures. 

    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate data collection and testing integrity. 

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities and related records. 

  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and district officials regarding testing updates and concerns. 

    • Collaborate with school leadership on date collection

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, assessment, or related field

  • Proven experience in administering tests within a school setting

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with state and district testing regulations
